Rental terms
Contractual terms for renting the xRover product.
I. General provisions
If the return date is not met, twice the daily rental price is added to the total for each day of delay.
If the renter damages the rented item, they undertake to reimburse the provider for the full cost of repair at an authorised service centre. These costs will be deducted from the deposit, which will only be returned after the repair is completed.
In the case of an irreparable defect or loss, the entire deposit is forfeited to the provider.

Penalties for damage, soiling or late return are set in advance by the provider.
If the wheelchair/stroller has been used in conditions that caused it to become soiled, it must be returned washed and cleaned.
Two forms of identification are required for every rental.
II. Rights and obligations of the renter
The renter must keep all rented components in proper condition so as to prevent damage or destruction.
When handling any rented components, the renter undertakes to follow the instructions provided.
The renter must not carry out any modifications, repairs or other interventions on any of the rented items.
In the event of necessary repair or other required handling of any rented item, the renter will contact the provider without delay.
III. Special provisions
The renter undertakes that, in the event of damage to the items entrusted to them, they will pay this damage in full or restore all rented items to their original condition at their own expense, and that within 30 days of the end of the rental period, unless they prove that the damage occurred wholly or partly without their fault.
The renter declares that they have been duly trained and informed about all products, procedures and their correct handling.
IV. Final provisions
Unless these contractual terms provide otherwise, the relations arising from them are governed by the Czech Civil Code. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved by the competent courts.
The rental agreement enters into force on the day it is signed by both parties.
The renter and the provider declare that they have read these contractual terms and understood their content, and that they are not entering into them under duress or otherwise unfavourable conditions.
